CANCELLATION POLICY
**Deposit Policy** Deposits are required to secure most appointments. A deposit will be retained for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, as well as for client no-shows or no-call cancellations. Clients are allowed to transfer their deposit once for rescheduling. Any subsequent rescheduling will require a new deposit. Deposits are non-refundable except for unforeseen circumstances.
